2. What is your fresh delivery schedule?
We deliver 7 days a week throughout the lower mainland and Whistler. Our drivers leave every morning at 3:30am, with their truck full of fresh-baked bread.

3. What if I need to place an emergency order after-hours?
You can usually reach one of our sales reps. after hours or on weekends. Voice-messages get checked at least daily. Our philosophy is to help you out whenever possible.

4. Do you provide frozen bread for Chains or Supermarkets?
Yes. We provide frozen bread throughout Western Canada by major food distributors as well as Reefer carriers. We use the latest freezing technology to “blast-freeze” (quick-freeze) our frozen breads so minimal loss of moisture occurs during the freezing process.

Absolutely. Our quality assurance group is pleased to provide you with all the ingredients, including allergens, that our breads contain. As well we prepare nutritional panels for all breads.
